First Mortgage is our first and only choice when it comes
to our mortgage now. When it came time to do our mortgage
we just assumed we would go through our bank as that was
a natural choice and most everyone deals with a bank. We
did some investigating and talked with Canada First Mortgage
and they gave us a quote for our interest rate. The interest
rate from Canada First Mortgage was very good but we thought
since we were loyal customers with our bank that they would
be able to do better, well we were wrong and the bank couldn't’t
